In Naturopathy, the underlying causes of illness and disease are assessed and treated through the use of nutritional and lifestyle advice, medicinal plants, alongside other natural therapeutic methods. Ethnotherapy is an innovative approach in alternative medicine for persons who wish to improve their health through natural and long- term solutions. This approach takes into account your unique person and cultural background– your roots- and builds on your strengths to increase health and overall satisfaction in life. It complements naturopathy and uses nutritional and lifestyle advise, medicinal plants (phytotherapy) and essential oils (aromatherapy) to prevent and heal.
